12- Game Flexi Ticket

One for the new commercial and marketing manager - should we look at this type of offer?

This is how they get away with charging away fans £26/£28 for a ticket in a diabolical seat.
As a club cannot charge away fans anymore than their own home fans, P'boro have these schemes whereby most home fans have many options to pay significantly less than a normal matchday ticket, ie if you use this scheme you save £7 per ticket + other benefits.
If you don't buy a season ticket you would buy this which averages out at a decent price, so not many home fans are paying the extortionate prices they rip off the away fans.

Yes, we absolutely should.

We were discussing this only yesterday. We can't get to enough home games to make a season ticket worthwhile but if you could buy a batch at a reasonable discount, we'd probably go to more games as it would be easier to make a snap decision on the day.

We also discussed mid-week season tickets, good for people who work weekends, or and weekend only for those who can't get to the ground from work early enough for mid-week games (that's me).

I know it’s not the same, but starting next season all midweek games will be shown live on iFollow in the UK. I’m guessing single match passes will cost around £5.50.

On-topic: yes, we should offer something similar. The more options and flexibility the better.

You mean offer something similar but at a much cheaper price!
The Posh offer appears to be something like buy 12 matches upfront at £7 discount off the matchday price. Sounds very good but there is a catch.
The matchday price is £28. Therefore, the offer is to buy 12 tickets at the start of the season for £21 per match. At Oxford you can pay £22 as and when you want to go to a match.
Recently Oxford fans wanted a simple pricing structure, same on day, in advance, no booking fee etc etc and Oxvox got this sorted. Peterborough's pricing structure is complicated. The cheapest seat for on the day, walk up purchase is £28, thereafter they offer a complex system of schemes/membership etc to make it cheaper for the home supporter but rip off the away fans at £28 (£26 in advance).
