Comments from Blues fans on social media pretty ideal. Seems to be a mix of, 'this is a mistake, we shouldn't have let him go', and 'makes sense, he's gone to get regular game time'. The former is obviously always great to hear, and the llatter suggests he would have been more than capable as a backup and occasional starter in a Championship squad, but has the desire to go and play regularly instead. Good mindset.

Interesting that we paid a fee. Must be the first window in ages we've actually paid money for two players? Also really satisfying to have, by all accounts, pipped some other League 1 big hitters to his signature.

Still need more defensive cover imo, but very good news after a few weeks of frustration.
