iFollow for 2020-21Season

Reading some of the comments it looks like we will have to pay for it irrespective if you have a voucher or not
Is that your season ticket holder voucher? If it is then you just need to go to the correct page in iFollow.

Log in and the match will be there already to watch under "following available matches". I had an email earlier with the relevant link and information.

ok, think I have worked out what the issue with buying match passes is, and whilst it is a bad system that allows you to buy live match passes for games that have already happened, it looks like it is the match previews on the club site that are the issue. I followed the link from the match preview on the club site (https://www.oufc.co.uk/news/2020/october/match-preview-for-gillingham-vs-oxford-united-on-10-oct-20/) to buy the match pass for the Gillingham game. All looked fine, but I thought I would check my purchase history - and lo and behold, I had bought matchday 1 again.
So, this time I thought I would have an investigate.
Went back to the match preview page (https://www.oufc.co.uk/news/2020/october/match-preview-for-gillingham-vs-oxford-united-on-10-oct-20/) and looked at the hyperlink provided where it says "It costs £10 to watch and is available HERE" and they have got the wrong link, it says "https://www.oufc.co.uk/my-account/?register=true&sku=efl_32EBLviMnEH9vooSwuhd_GBP&redirect=h ttps://www.oufc.co.uk/matches/fixtures/first-team/202021/september/lincoln-city-vs-oxford-united-on-12-sep-20/" - the incorrect bit highlighted in orange. Looks like the club have been copying and pasting the text without realising the link is match specific. Looking back to the Accrington match preview article it has exactly the same URL in the link.

Have let the club know - but in the meantime, don't use the link from the club site match preview page.

(note I have deliberately put the space in the hyperlink above so that the forum doesn't show a preview of the page rather than the link)

EDIT - looks like they have already fixed the link in the preview.

Was watching the Gillingham game on slight delay and some clown decided it'd be a good idea to turn off the stream mid match. Brilliant. Now I know the half time score without having watched the whole half plus the added bonus of the second seemingly not working.

Same. Now back.

went on support chat and said the feed hasn't restarted, and have looked on twitter and it is affecting everyone - after 2 min wait they came back with can you clear the browser cache and cookies....fcking shambles.

Logged out and then back in which sorted it

I've contacted them for a refund. If Oxford supposedly get 80% of all revenue from these I hope that iFollow pay the club for when they've ballsed it up and have had to provide refunds.

Oh well, 5 league goals scored this season, and I have seen none of them due to iFollow issues.

None of the usual clear cookies, reboot, change browser worked for my sisters ifollow 2nd half ....86 mins into the match ifollow 'help' decided to respond to her messages

f*****g shambles ....ifollow aint fit for purpose IMO

(today though, i suspect fatty evans had some influence in ifollow being extra crap? )

In retrospect, you probably didn’t want to see the second half…

If they they dont try and make me pay for the crewe game again I might eat my hat.

Got a refund back in the end. Just frustrating that it ruined the whole experience. The team's performance should be the only thing doing that!
