Might it make it more likely that a deal could be brokered by giving Kassam planning permission to develop the overflow car park for housing?

It's about 7 miles from Bicester so not sure it'll make a huge difference!!Unlikely , but if, Bicester was a location for a new, purpose built Stadium for OUFC, this discovery wont help matter out that way
