Can we find out what time the team coach leaves on monday and line the streets on route out of oxford? Socially distant of course. Would be awesome and would help spur on the boys. A sea of yellow and blue.

I think the players will be making their own way rather than going in a team coach. I know that some live at Upper Heyford, and a few more in Bicester so maybe a few banners over the M40 might catch their eye.

Awesome. And would work whether they travel by coach or car ?

I would have thought , they would Be together on the coach , and I would hope the night before, it is a important game , after all!! Shocking if this not so...

Why shocking? The players are a tight unit and won't need an hour in a coach or the night in a different place to bond. I'd rather they had the same preparation that they've had for most games this season rather than trying to create something different.

Who are the players that live at Upper Heyford ? A random little village like that seems an odd place for a number of players to live in.

Matt Taylor for one.

Brannagan lives with Woodburn and Eastwood In Bicester. Likewise Browne.

Simon Eastwood certainly did, not sure if he's still lodging with Cam or not. Also Matty Taylor I believe. New housing development so not completely random.

I know Ford lives in Bicester. It’s weird how they all seem to gravitate to that area of the county rather than much nicer areas in the south and west of Oxfordshire. I suppose close links to the M40 (for the north and London) are part of the appeal.

Wonder if any of our players live fairly central to Oxford city centre, not something I've ever thought about. I've never lived in Oxfordshire but it's generally a nice, well-located county. Will help the club be a draw for players to come to.

It's all fairly subjective I guess. But Bicester has had a lot of new builds which gives good deals for buying and renting.

Bicester to the training ground is around 20 minutes, slightly longer to the Kassam. M40 is 5 minutes away, M1 around 30mins. For those not local it gives a good base to get to and from 'home' between games.

Used to be a lot that would go drinking in the city! I can remember joining Paul Reece, Durnin (obviously), Dave Collins and Joey on a few occasions. Also Mark Druce and Paul Powell would often be out with some of the younger players. Not sure they did much to sell football to the wider Oxford public though!!!

I once saw Brian Kilcline cycling down Walton Street, with what looked like his family. And he was a S*****n player at the time!
