Afternoon Oxford Fans,

Hope you're all well, and not just regarding the current State Of Things. I've been making a few of these Pointless-esque Any Team But Quizzes, and linked below is the one for Oxford. I hope you enjoy it, and in some small way it helps to fill the void of having no football to talk about in the middle of March. I don't mind constructive feedback, just please don't talk about it below in such a way that gives out answer spoilers.

Finally, if you do like it, links to equivalent quizzes on other teams are below. So far, they cover every team that has played in the EPL, every team that has ever played in a European Final, plus plenty more besides.

In Peace and Solidarity,
A Swansea fan

PS Mods, apologies if I've put this in the wrong place, but as it refers to other teams too, as well as being nothing to do with any OUFC matches, I thought here would be best. I have also sought permission from Eaststandboy prior to posting this.

Glad you liked it. There are more to come, I just have to wait until 1st April to publish, as that website limits you to 50 contributions PCM.

Absolutely love Sporcle. Very nearly ruined my third year at university when I discovered it trying to do countries of the world over and over again.

Yours truly created an Oxford togoalscorers quiz some time ago that I’ve recently updated. See how many you can get ...

If the isolation becomes too much, I’ll see if I can create a few more. Every goalkeeper since 1962 or every loanee since 2000 come to mind.

What about "The names of all supporters who hate Scumdon"

Good stuff. Cycling fan with that username?

I don't hate it, but it's not my favourite sport. I must admit I don't get the reference. It's merely an old nickname, the story of which is pretty long and pretty boring. Glad you liked the game.

I've given you a follow.

I’m not a particular fan either but Googled your username and it come up with this: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Hinault

Perhaps you could start going by Le Blaireau in future!

Just found this one, tried it a few times and just found it again after a break of a few months:

A few problems with that: Ray Train didn't play in 85/86 (albeit I did forget he was at the club) as he last played for us on 22/2/1984 (according to Rageonline). The spellings have to be too exact (Pal Lundin) as some were the full spelling while others were as said, so you had to waste time putting in all variables. Otherwise very good.

185 out of 220 but most missed was 1980 through to 1982/3 as I didn't watch them. Annoyed I missed some of the later ones though considering they were major players at the time.

Spoiler: Amazed Martin Aldridge isn't in any of the teams.

I didn't post the quiz, just played it, so can't edit it :)

Agree on Ray Train, they meant Ray Houghton for 1985-1986, as Houghton signed on 12th September 1985 and played 35/42 league games that season.

The spellings are some of the worst things on Sporcle depending on how they've been set up!
