As its a home game for u18s, anyone know if it will be played at AUFC Northcourt road ground or at 'our' training ground?

the latter would be a better option IMO as the first team are at home a week today as well

For a spectator experience, Abingdon Utd is much better.

I can see the advantages from the u18’s point of view - pitch, facilities etc

Likewise it doesn’t cost the club anything to host.

But for the spectator it’s a poor choice.

If it rains, there’s no cover, you have to walk along way to use the toilet and I’m not sure if they sell any form of refreshments either.

They do sell tea/coffee/sweets etc in the clubhouse.

I also think Abingdon is better as it means Oxford United is involved in a different area of its football supporting area, just like using Thame Utd. Tbf whilst clearly not as good, Abingdon Utd's pitch is a decent pitch.

looking likely I'll get to see most of tomorrows early , U18s, derby clash ... come on you young yellows
