Apart from the yard counting, I think he did okay. I saw us diving quite a lot in that match, wasn't impressed by it.

Have to agree with you @Sarge That 7 yard count was embarrassing.

Surely when it was clearly pointed out to him his error, and it was obviously significantly less than 10 yards, then he should have corrected it, but like most refs simply, stubbornly, refuse to accept he got it wrong.
Even the Donny defenders had to nudge forward from the 9 yard mark to stand on the line, again a sure indication the ref got it very wrong.
Sarge, in the rating above the option of giving him a 8, 9 or 10 should be removed.

Think it has to be a 0-10 so its consistent - unlike many of the officials we have imposed on our matches!, ( did deviate a few times earlier in the season... but have been instructed to keep it stanardish ...though I do take your point @NottsYellow )
