Really really pleased with that. We shouldn’t take either side that gets through lightly, and KR I’m sure won’t let us, but progress to round 4 is the most important for me and we will be heavy favourites.

Eh well - would have preferred the big TV date and money-spinner right away.....but if you can't have that, then a 'should win' tie at home and a big game in Round 4 is the next best thing.

The only 'weakened' side we'd field would be featuring some of our u18s .....our u18s battered thiers last season at their place , i watched that one as it happens....besides, at the moment is there such thing as a weakened oufc side?

Agree .....what i meant was the gap between hartlepool and us in positions in the english football pyramid is pretty much the same gap (3 leagues apart) as us and PL sides
