Seeing how everyone loves a prediction, I'm going to suggest that the Fleetwood game will be a turning point like after the Luton game last year. I reckon Matty Taylor will be fit for Saturday, and Ageyi and Thorne also ready for game time, Woodburn back, Baptiste getting fitter, we're virtually at full strength.

So, I'm predicting wins in our next two games against Tranmere and Bolton, a point away to Lincoln and another win against Gillingham. 10 points to get our season back on track!

Fire away!!

That’s as reasonable as predicting we’re going to lose all four, and I hope more accurate

Entirely possible. I don't think we are far away from an upturn. But you are really putting yourself on the line here, as some on this forum think that you are so itk that your predictions are prophecies. Hope no one puts too much on an accumulator on the basis of this.

Some also believe that scotchers is a bubble blowing optimist. ?
I think though that he is a glass half full kind of guy, and that is fine by me. I truly hope that his prediction is accurate.
We need to start showing some grit. Lincoln away will be my first away game this season so I truly hope that he is right and we are in a better position by then.

One game at a time. Learn from what we’ve got right and what is going wrong.

No need to make predictions for the next four games when we should just be focusing on Tranmere this coming Saturday.

I'm pretty sure the club will be looking at what has gone well, and where we've made mistakes, and will be entirely focused on the Tranmere game.

But we're fans, and our predictions are either irrelevant like @ljs suggests, or a bit of fun that sparks debate!

Long at RB, Mousinho as DM and Agyei or Taylor on up front, Baptiste not stuck out on the wing, Henry playing behind the striker then. And no mad substitutions, please.

Maybe we wouldn't f**k it up.

Always a chance we can f**k it up, it's what we do best!!

But I agree about Long, and Ageyi or Taylor upfront, and Henry has always looked good there. We need to find the best position for Baptiste but think he and Brannagan play the same role and not sure how they both fit. As for Mous, do you mean instead of Gorrin or aswell as? If a straight swap then I'm not sure we'd be much better off, but wouldn't die in a ditch over it!

I know right. Imagine predicting us to lose....... And then we lose! Madness! Maybe ill predict us to win and then our rubbish defending and impotency upfront will magically resolve themselves.
Or predicting that our league survival last year was less likely than your dear old nan being resurrected!

You predicted that we'd get turned over at Sunderland, against Peterborough, Coventry. There is nothing insightful about constantly predicting defeats, but a little pathetic that you seem to revel in being right.

Posted this on the other thread, but probably bears repeating here - we've so far played the teams that lie 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th & 13th in the table. It's been a tough start to the season and we probably haven't played any of the likely relegation candidates yet.

Three of our next four games, however, are against teams that have struggled out the gate, so we'll have a much better idea of where we really stand when we reach the end of September.

But if we don't win at least two from the next four, then I think we're looking at another season of looking nervously at the lower reaches of the League One table rather than hopefully at the top six...….

Long into right back, Cadden pushed further forward into midfield/wing.
Taylor returned to number nine. A fit Fosu and Agyei.
Mous DMF.
We must try to stabilise this team. Starting by making ourselves less porous.

Couldn’t find his prediction for Peterborough? But we’ve played 10 and he’s probably predicted us to lose every game and we’ve lost 4 so 40% ratio is worse than KR’s win record isn’t it ??

Ok, got the Bolton and Lincoln results the wrong way around, but otherwise not bad!!

It just shows how quickly things can turn around, and with pretty much the same team. A bit of belief, a bit of luck, and a huge chunk of hard work has made everything a lot better.

Onwards and upwards!!

Fair play. Based on where we were that is a very good prediction. Did you go down the bookies?
