iFollow video problem?

I am a fully paid up subscriber to iFollow. Last season all Ifollow videos worked fine. Over the close season I have had no need to view them.

However, I now have a problem trying to view the iFollow videos on my computer.

Although videos on You Tube run successfully, none of the available IFollow videos will run. All I get is a black screen with the written video heading on the right. Has anyone else had the same problem. If so, can you please advise me how to overcome this problem.

PS; I have emailed iFollow but as yet I have had no reply.

Have you tried in a private browsing window? Or tried another browser? Do you have any browser add ons that may block the content?

Many thanks for the advice.
I have tried viewing in another browser but I get the same result. However, I viewed iFollow on my mobile (which I have never done before) and the videos do run successfully. I also can't work out why "You tube" videos run OK on my laptop but not the iFollow videos? Any other thoughts?

Do you have any adblocking software on your PC? If so, disable it on the iFollow page. Some browsers have it built in, so you may have to disable it there as well. iFollow videos are not served the same way as YouTube videos, so the fact that you can see one but not the other isn't necessarily peculiar though. Have you updated anything since the videos were last working? Any new hardware such as graphics card?

Again, many thanks for your help. I've been trying in vain to find out how to disable the Firefox Adblocker so I decided in this heat to get a few cans to cool down and try again. Lo and behold, without doing anything, the videos are now working okay! Spooky!

I suspect in Firefox it is by clicking on the hamburger (three lines, top right) menu > Privacy & Security > Content Blocking > Manage exceptions then add oufc.co.uk. You might have to add iFollow as well. But I'd leave well along as it's working! :)
