It has a good ring about it

BBC radio Oxford confirmed this morning no approach for Frank Lampard has been made or interest from Frank Lampard..
In fact they (Jerome) went on to say no approach or the sign of moving forward in the manager market was happening!

Well that would suggest someone else bringing in their own man then surely

But the why dismiss Clotet when they did? Surely they would have waited and done it all together, similar to the way Waddock was replaced?

Reckon nothing's happening because Eales might not be back in the country? When he's back expect some indication on who it could be. Not a fan if it going on for 2 more weeks when we've got some huge games in the next 2 weeks.

We also have some areas if squad that need improving doubt that will happen in the transfer window though if we don't get a new man in before end of it, because what players going to want to come here without knowing whose incharge?

Because things were getting worse under Pep and imo it couldn't get any worse under Faz/Allen for a few weeks.

Pleased we are not rushing into an appointment. It's not like the transfer window closes in 6 days and we are short of a right back and a striker who doesn't get injured every other game. Now that would be worrying.

The recruitment team and back room staff will have the targets identified regardless if we have a manager of not, the owner will be advised who's available and at what costs if he wants to sanction it, for those worrying that DE is not in the country they do have all sorts of communication avenues in Asia.

What if we sign and commit budget on players the new manager (whenever he or she arrives) doesn't want?

Looking for a young box to box player to rent, er, I mean loan ?

I'm not sure it works like that 100%, different clubs recruit different ways.
It would look like the 3 new signings were not got in by Pep, we are going back to the business model and any new manager would hopefully buy into that this time.
