Reply No

Robinson asked, would Robinson walk awayreply No he doesn’t use excuses

Robinson asked, midfielder s playing at full back was it wrong at the start of the season reply No things taken out of our hands Jamie Hanson is a Right back not a midfielder
Josh Ruffles prefers to play left back

Robinson asked, are there specialist coaches for defenders and so forth. Reply no he has Derry and Faz

Robinson asked about Baptiste reply had a clean as can be injury and feels for the lad

Robinson asked when will Hall be back reply should start running in March

He talks to fast to get the last question

Hmmm. Apparently we made a mistake when signing Hanson. We thought he was a midfielder but it turns out he was a right back all along. We have a cracking recruitment department then..

I 2 of the questions chosen by radio oxford were about players who we know won’t be in the team for the rest of the season, f*****g great, what a waste of time.

Reply No- chairman may see it differently

last q was : is this the job you thought you were getting a year ago?

A: No, DF said this is the most peculiar year he has experienced in football ever. Its a learning opportunity we are all trying to put it right and come back stronger

Sounded like it was a very 'filtered'/ carefully selected batch of questions to KR to me

Interesting that he says he still expects to keep his job even if we get relegated. And I had a smile when answering the question about specialist coaches, Robinson said we’ve had Ian Wright in. ?

My biggest frustration though is when he was basically asked if the club was safe in a financial sense, the old stock answer came out about ‘good people at the club’ and ‘learning from mistakes’ etc. I wish whenever this stock answer is wheeled out they’d elaborate. What mistakes have been made specifically, why were they made, and can they be avoided in future?! It just sounds like politicians speak to me.

I will say this though, Robinson always fronts up and doesn’t hide. He has my respect for that. He shows more kohones than his boss.

Fking Ian Wright has been in to speak with the strikers! Is that it? What a clown.

Next week we've got Moody, Saunders and Aldridge popping by as well.

Accept their are lots of things going on off the field and maybe KR has been dragged into this, but his role is on the pitch and this is where the team are failing- he can no longer blame injuries and this squad should not be in the bottom 4, the blame is solely at KR’s door and therefore he needs to go now, if we have any chance to stay up!

If Tiger wants to save face, make KR general manager (not director of football), move Chris Allen up to the first team and then he doesn't need to sack anyone

You are saying that a supporters question about two injured players should not have been put in and should not have been selected? Did you ask any question's?

The continued references to 'learning' from the 'situation/s' and 'becoming stronger and better', were almost as irrelevant as his 'I believe in myself' mantra.
The problem Karl, is that others clearly don't share your vision, and this is due to your record at the club. If we take the emotion out of this dire mess, and try and concentrate on being pragmatic, it's very simple: what you're doing hasn't worked and continuing to do what doesn't work, in the hope that it might, becomes a route to complete failure.
It takes a Man to admit defeat, and there is no shame in that.

The reason strikers command such big fees is goalscoring is natural and not coached just like a defence splitting pas is a natural thing between eyes and feet. All for example a striker coach can teach is making runs.

But one visit from Ian Wright, no matter how good he is, or isn't - won't fix the problems. It's nothing more than knee jerk

No but neither will visits from the best striker coach in the world as sticking the ball in the net like the top scorers do is instinct and natural ability and that isn’t coached.

Why can't the club just say what these unbelievable things that have happened this year are? Some clear transparency will appease most of us e.g

These are the mistakes we made and here's what we are doing to rectify them and avoid them again. These are the issues that have happened that were out of our control and this was the impact of them. This is what we are doing about them. We have now reforecasted our costs for the next year, reduced some costs there, and are adding investment of X amount from him, with these initiatives for extra revenue streams to be put in place. Now let's all get behind the team

Or maybe, which wouldn't appease us, "Every time a large bill like this arrives, we have to go begging to family, friends or someone else to be able to pay the bill as we simply don't have the cash ourselves.

It's a possibility. I personally don't buy this "It's difficult to get money into the country". I know anti money laundering rules exist but, I believe, once checks have been made, the restrictions are eased. I don't work in the financial sector but I've moved large amounts of money within the UK before and the first time the bank were all over it, after that it was fine.

It might be getting the money out of his country, I wonder if there are restrictions on how and how much can be moved out.

Yes but a visit from a striker coach has nothing to do with money. Eric Thohir can be moving money around as it will be questionable with an election campaign in Indonesia ongoing although I agree money should be here to pay bills.

Personally, I don't know, but I don't think so. Asian financial controls? Don't think so. UK anti money laundering I believe but I believe is overcome once you've been checked.

I think if there are restrictions on (his) money, they lie somewhere else or it's cash flow. I don't know, but I just don't believe it's readily available to him.
