Any one else watching most of them tonight practicing for their 'must win' game against us next month?
??

COYYs!

Well, I did. Norwich were unlucky and it took the 'big guns' to come on and win it for the oligarchs ((IMHO)

To be fair I was really impressed with the young lad Ampadu. Only 17 but didn't put a foot wrong.

Incidently I thought all penalty shoot outs were going to adopt the 'ABBA' method now but this one used the old alternating way?

They signed Ampadu from Exeter, played a lot for them last season whilst doing his GCSE's.

You've got to hand it to Tisdale. Him and his staff have done a great job over the years of bringing good young players through and keeping the club competitive. Ollie Watkins is another example

Indeed. The club and Tisdale have set up so the club is built around the Academy. Both have stood by each other when it could have been easier to part ways. Exeter have re-invested monies from Cup runs into the infrastructure of the Academy to meet this plan rather than spend on fees. They have the advantage of limited competition for local players but their Academy plans and willingness to play youngsters must help.

had a dip in n out to have a look at some of the chelsky youngsters who may feature in the Harvey boycott trophy

against the U's

yep I too thought Norwich were unlucky
