HMRC?

If you approached a TV company with a script for a series about a football club that had all the Cock ups and confusion of this season they'd say no viewer would watch as it's too far fetched.
Maybe if it's difficulties with transferring funds. Tiger if he has an amount available should transfer a hefty old amount in one hit instead of dribs and drabs.

Not as easy as you suggest due to money laundering regulations. We're not looking at a couple of quid on PayPal here!!

I've got a couple of quid in paypal if that's all that's needed, happy to help where I can.

I’ve emailed Niall to ask what is going on and suggest everyone else does. His address is on the club website. Keep it polite

But that's not how the ticketing companies operate - the ticketing company will sell the tickets to Pompey fans at face value, deduct their fees from the money taken in and send the net balance to OUFC.
Of all the crap going on at OUFC at the moment, I'm not sure the ticketing problems can be laid at the clubs door.

Quite. It’s a home game. We print tickets and get money back for them. Maybe the printer has run out of toner and we’re waiting for it to arrive from Tiger’s amazon account?

Moving money from Thailand to England to spend it on a football club, never an issue at Leicester City. Once again we seem to land the :poop:
If only things were as black and white as that, do you know how each Asian owners business’s are structured, have you really checked whether the other Thai owners are struggling transferring money into the country.
Not aimed at you but there is a lot of conjecture without knowing the full facts, that is partly the fault of the current owners lack of communication, but he will not put business sensitive stuff in the general arena of course.
This is a very frustrating time for all of us, we just need a clarification of these issues to calm everyone’s nerves.

Interestingly, Tiger has been more forthcoming in the past:

The Supporters' Trust At Reading (STAR) sent Reading's co-owners a letter, detailing their concerns and asking for more co-operation and communication from the owners heading into the new season. That helped lead to an informal meeting set up by Tiger... Link

Royals shareholder Tiger met with another group of supporters last weekend to openly discuss all things Reading Football Club, the second informal discussion our co-owner has led within the space of two months... Link

Its relatively easy with good planning.

Tim Davies : "hey Tigger me old chum, bloomin tax bill due again this month, in fact every month. Based on our staff profile its likely to be X amount. "

Tigger : " Thanks Tim, ill speak to my bank to ensure they are set up, in actual fact, ill move a chunk over and if theres any surplus it can go in the transfer kitty. All part of the commitment of owning a football club. "Karl, do you have a minute?"

Tigger : "i need you to reduce our Paye liability"

Karl : " but Tigs i am at breaking point as is

Tigs: "More loanees where the parent pays the wage is key, and a few of our lads need to go. Maccas off, Smithy, Rags, thats a decent start"

Tigger: "ive sorted a deal for Jordan Graham with Wolves paying his wages to get him fit, thatll kerp fans sweet for a while"

KR crying.

Tigger: " right, lunch time, our lass has booked a beauty, speak soon".

Just to repeat, of course Tiger et al, have money at their disposal. It's just not in our account.
Well, if there is all that money just sitting there, why did they not transfer enough to cover this month's bill when they transferred over the previous amount? It's not as if it's an unexpected cost - they know exactly what the PAYE will be each month.
Has Tiger got a load of money that he wants to spend on the club? He didn't buy it outright - is he any wealthier than Eales?
And 'et al' might have money - but they have shown precious little interest in using any of it to support the football club as far as I know. Please say if you know better. There is a difference between having a few friends and business associates on the board and having them as 'investors' (well, 'spenders' in reality!). Of course we don't know why they are on the board, so who knows?

So am I just being thick. PAYE and NI is deducted in the UK is it not so why is it having to be transferred from Thailand unless it is being diverted to pay for other day to day expenses.

Still were going to be asked for ideas to get more supporters in before the game tomorrow. What about come along as it may be some of the last chances to see OUFC play.

No you aren’t being thick. Pay slip says £1000 gross and say £700 net to the footballer.

The club only has to pay £700 to the footballer. With available cash.

Then a month later the club has to pay the other £300 to tax man.

Where does the £300 come from ?
