The decision has been made. KR is staying. It's time for supporters to support the team! And this includes KR.
Rebuilding a club isn't and event that happens in one transfer window, it's a process that can take several transfer windows... In a few weeks time, we should see a stronger squad and this will be further strengthened in the summer. Next September/October we might return to question KR's abilities, but until then get behind the whole team!
It would have been worth signing him just to see this forum go into full on meltdown!!!

Ugh!!! How can you have come to the conclusion hot identifying new players only started on January 2!!! Have a think and be embarrassed... Many on our forum will have read you statement and not be able to describe their feelings, other than, "ugh, this person is stupid."Agree, rebuilding a squad is a "process". However, a process is a continuous operation, not stop start each transfer window. The work done towards signing players, eg identifying them, talking to their them, should be done between the windows and we should have had a list 5 potential strikers, interested in signing for us, lined up on 1st January with 2 signing in the first week. It appears KR started the process on 2nd Jan and we are at the back of the queue.
... a manager...constantly building fans hopes up then letting them down...
But Ian, it does certainly feel that wayUgh!!! How can you have come to the conclusion hot identifying new players only started on January 2!!! Have a think and be embarrassed... I look at our opponents today apart from Evans banned they still have theee quality strikers to chose from, and very experienced ones indeed where as I have faith in our youngsters they’re not experienced enough and it doesn’t matter if they’re on the bench if they’re not coming in they’re not getting experience. We have no choice but to be patient. We know good strikers are hard to come by, especially in January. And the deals that are done are often at inflated prices. The decent players will have agents touting them out to the highest bidders and will be in no rush unless the money is high. Clubs are looking at holding their own players until replacements are in, which is why you often see several linked moves in the closing days of the window. If you listen to various people on here, we don't need young untested loanees, old experienced has beens, anyone who has ever been injured, anyone from abroad, anyone who has played under Robinson or Derry, anyone on big money, anyone going cheap!!
I'll wait until 1st February and judge our recruitment then rather than stressing for the next 3 weeks!

Who were the 3 shipped out and explain how we have no money. We have no money, if we are shipping out a CD to bring in a CM when we already have shipped out 3 and only 2 have come in, that’s why we have no strikers in and we have no updates to why the player coming in within 48 hours last week is still not here, they give the chat about youth teams and training ground but it’s the first team that needs money
The Goalkeeper, smith and the RB who went to Scunthorpe and we do not have money yet, look at the tax and lack of recruitment team in placeWho were the 3 shipped out and explain how we have no money.
And raglan and possibly Holmes as well we would be five players down and two up on an already thin squad. The Goalkeeper, smith and the RB who went to Scunthorpe and we do not have money yet, look at the tax and lack of recruitment team in place
And the bloke who has never played for us who’s looking for a new clubAnd raglan and possibly Holmes as well we would be five players down and two up on an already thin squad.
