Well thread hopefully in the right place. Desperate for three points and a few goals before Brannigan gets booked again and serves his two match ban.
1-2 Yellows win

first 3 pts away this season and first U's league win at Fleetwood, not a peep of pugwash either .... Whyte & Sykes one apiece in a 2-0 win ...521 traveling U's fans

Reality check.

"Fleetwood have won eight of their nine Football League meetings with Oxford (D1), winning each of the last six.
Oxford have only managed three goals in nine league encounters against Fleetwood since the 2012-13 season, failing to score in each of the last three.
Fleetwood have conceded eight goals in their last two home games in all competitions (L2), this after having kept four consecutive clean sheets beforehand.
Oxford have lost each of their last three league games without scoring a goal; they last lost four in a row without scoring in the EFL in August 2000."

The one bright spot is the number of goals they have conceded at home. But since we don't actually score goals this is not a very bright spot.

Hopefully whyte turns out to be an okay striker option, surely mackie has to be dropped.

Thats all good then, well change things tommorow.

Can't see our "48 hour" striker scoring tomorrow.
our owner and management teams both seem to have issues with time in the realworld compared to time in tiger land ... differences between the two are immense :oops::oops:

Would be happy with a point - won't get us out of the drop zone, but would stop the rot and get us moving again

"Spygate" - I wonder if Fleetwood have sent an employee to spy on our training session, they must be wondering how we are going to line up without a striker.

We have a dreadful record against Fleetwood, that will change at some stage why not tomorrow.
1-0 to the U’S

COYY

Crikey moses it's hard to get enthusiastic about this one.
Has 1-0 in the 80th minute written all over it. Not sure who for yet though...

I must be losing it, but for some reason I reckon we could get our first win on the road. I admit I only saw the Brentford game live on TV where Graham seemed poor, but I thought he looked much improved In midweek. It’s going to take a bit of game time, but reckon he will bring a lot to the goal tally. I’m going for a 2-1 to us.

Call me stupid but i actually reckon we'll win tomorrow, 2-1. I reckon the unpredictability of the front 3 may be a short term positive until they get figured out. Robinson tends to set us up to slow the game up away from home and i reckon with Fleetwood missing Barton on the sideline this will work in our advantage,
Reckon KR will go with
Eastwood
Hanson Nelson Dickie Garbutt
Ruffels
Henry Brannagan
Whyte Browne Graham

Henry and Hanson goals

We're both losing it. by sounds of it...
