Some people have been suggesting that Tyler is one of the players who have improved under Des.
This position certainly seems to suit him.

Another season in L1 and we'd almost certainly have had to say goodbye to Tyler. Saturday was career-defining. Lots of work for the club to do close season but imagine a new contract for TG is right at the top of the list.

Big season ahead for Tyler, looking forward to see what he can do.
This feels similar to O'Dowda's 2015-16 season, hopefully with similar results for club and player (but with Tyler staying!).

For me it's been so obvious for a while that he should play just behind the front three. He was decent on the wing but he is at another level now. Hat off to Des for giving Ty the opportunity to shine in the attacking mid role.
