Folding bike

What do you need a folding bike for? My roadies can pack small enough to go in any back seats with the quick release wheels off... and they're faster

It's a dahon, she was coaching at falcon canoe club at Donnington bridge so she would ride up and down the footpath,rather than use on the road,it fitted in the back of her yaris ok, it was second-hand when we bought it from a student who going back to the states, £120 as far as I can remember, you going to fit 2 child's seats on it ,or ride around the quads?
