Inconsistent. First gives us what might have been a soft penalty and little later turns down appeals for a second which was much clearer. Allowed far too much silliness from FT with time wasting and kicking the ball away. Probably in a state of shock at how poor we were and how little we protested. Henry, as captain, was nowhere to be seen when it required his speaking to the ref.
