It doesn't specify that the Oxford United match days only includes Home matches.
Or even First Team matches only.
So, if someone was brave, as long as an Oxford United team are playing, if even away, you could argue that there are no Parking restrictions.
A suggestion that I made, probably other people did too, was that the seats behind each goal and halfway line should be continous and not have an aisle in the middle.
Looks to be the case from the designs.
And quite possibly on advice from the council.
Interesting to see from the plans that the council also plan to remove the bus lane in part, allowing for a wider footpath and cycle lane on Oxford Rd.
