He is a very good full back at this levelSam Long isn't that bad he has certainly improved

And if we're promoted to the Championship we can see if he would be any good in the ChampionsbipHe is a very good full back at this level
Obita managed maybe 3 games at Wycombe. Injured or disappeared ever since
Well if they had been Accrington, Northampton, and Sunderland, you never knowBut he was the missing cog don’t you know? We would be in the play offs if he’d played those 3 games for us!
7 starts +1 sub.Obita managed maybe 3 games at Wycombe. Injured or disappeared ever since
He was but there’s a reason he was sent thereAh but in all fairness Rogers was already known as a special talent
Yes there was, he wasn't ready for their world class team but surely will be, he's better than a lot in in this league and he will be farmed out to a championship side next season to carry on his learning. He was but there’s a reason he was sent there
I meant that there was a reason he was sent to Lincoln. There’s trust in Appleton and that’s why we were able to consistently get high quality prospects and why Rogers is at Lincoln and not anywhere else.Yes there was, he wasn't ready for their world class team but surely will be, he's better than a lot in in this league and he will be farmed out to a championship side next season to carry on his learning.
Yes but Baldock and Cadden are good at a level or two above this.He is a very good full back at this level
Last played against Norwich 28th March.7 starts +1 sub.
He's actually made more league starts for Wycombe than us!! 6+6 subs for us.
Injured at the moment.
But Baldock is in the premiership and Cadden doesn't want to come here so we have Sam and he's fine pretty wellYes but Baldock and Cadden are good at a level or two above this.

I'm not dissing Long. He's had a great season we just need a stronger team all round if we are going to get promoted. I'm just saying, for all his qualities, he hasn't made us better. Not his fault, just the way it is.But Baldock is in the premiership and Caddem doesn't want to come here so we have Sam and he's fine pretty well
But he has improved immense since he started regularly last season and yes I agree if we were to be promoted we would need quality for most positions in our team and it would be upto the likes of Sak and the others to challenge for their placeI'm not dissing Long. I need to judge him on more than a few good games (which he's certainly had) . By the end of the season I may be a convert.... but not yet. So for now we'll can agree to differ.I disagree. I think we have looked much stronger in defence and a right back this season. He's also contributed going forward with more goals and assists than Chris Cadden, and he could have had many more. 3 or 4 times at least Long has put it on a plate for Taylor or others to miss. We may not be better as a team, but you can hardly blame your right back for that!
A few? 30+ games a left back, centre back and right back this season and I can barely remember him putting a foot wrong. And last season we picked up as many points per game with him in the side as we did with Cadden. Even the year before that, he can into the side around the end of January and gave us a great final third of the season.I need to judge him on more than a few good games (which he's certainly had) . With the exception of a few example (yes (Plymouth was brilliant) he doesn't offer the attacking option better teams have at fullback. I'm not sure what you're expecting in the next 7 games if the last 70 games hasn't convinced you!!
